These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal and binding agreement between you and Odyssee Transport.

Reservation & Payment All reservations require a valid credit card pre-authorization upon booking confirmation and will be charged 24 hours before the scheduled service. Final charges may include additional fees for waiting time, extra stops, parking, or tolls.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up will be charged the full amount.
  • Special events (weddings, graduations, concerts, sporting events) require cancellation notice of at least 48 hours; otherwise, full charges apply.
  • Flights canceled by airlines will incur no charges.

Airport Transfers

  • Domestic and international flight arrivals include 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time.
  • Private aircraft arrivals include 15 minutes complimentary waiting.
  • Additional waiting time beyond the grace period is charged in 15-minute increments based on the hourly rate of the reserved vehicle.
  • Flight delays will be monitored; diverted flights incur full charges.

No-Show Policy Clients failing to contact our dispatch or locate their chauffeur within 60 minutes for airport pickups, or 15 minutes for other services, will incur full charges.

Waiting Time & Additional Stops

  • Non-airport transfers include 15 minutes complimentary waiting.
  • After the grace period, additional waiting time is charged in 15-minute increments based on the hourly rate of the reserved vehicle.
  • If any transfer has an additional stop added, hourly billing commences.

Parking, Tolls & Airport Fees Parking fees, tolls, and airport fees are additional charges, when applicable.

Major Events & Special Rates For major events (concerts, sporting events, etc.), special rates and hourly minimums will apply.

Alcohol & Substances Alcohol consumption, drug use, smoking, and vaping are strictly prohibited. Violations incur a minimum cleaning fee of $1000 CAD and immediate service termination without refund.

Pets Pets must be pre-approved. A $100 CAD cleaning fee plus taxes applies. Pet-related damage is the owner’s responsibility.

Vehicle Damage & Cleaning Clients are responsible for all vehicle damages, including cleaning fees for bodily fluids, burns, or upholstery damage.

Lost & Damaged Items Odyssee Transport is not responsible for lost or damaged items but will endeavor to return found items.

Vehicle Upgrades Odyssee Transport reserves the right to upgrade vehicle class at no extra cost based on availability and operational requirements.

General Conditions

  • Vehicles cannot exceed passenger capacity.
  • Chauffeurs reserve the right to terminate the service without refund if client behavior is inappropriate or unsafe.
  • Odyssee Transport is not responsible for delays due to mechanical breakdowns or unsafe road conditions.
  • State and local taxes vary and will be applied according to applicable regulations.
